He recalled that from September 5 to 9, a meeting of the countries of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons was held in Geneva due to the violation by the United States and Ukraine of Articles I and IV of the Convention.
The meeting was initiated by Russia.
The Russian Ministry of Defense analyzed the materials of the speeches of the representatives of the United States and Ukraine, as well as the working documents of the participating states.
At the same time, Moscow asked more than 20 questions related to the illegal activities of Kyiv and Washington.
“The meeting participants were given copies of real documents previously announced by the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as material evidence confirming the implementation of military biological programs on the territory of Ukraine,” Kirillov said.
Earlier, he said that the United States is trying to hide witnesses to the American bioprogram in Ukraine.
On March 10, the Ministry of Defense announced that it had received information confirming the Pentagon's leading role in financing and conducting military biological research in Ukraine.
