A policeman did not go far from a tragedy, Wednesday around 11 am in Besançon.
As he progressed up the stairs of a building, the agent saw a… scooter arrive.

“It happens that we are thrown at shopping carts, but the scooters are rather mounted by the elevators and used by the dealers to hinder the passage to the floor which suits them”, explained the policeman to the regional daily.
He was not hit and two individuals were arrested and taken into custody.
