  Xi Jinping pointed out that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Tajikistan 30 years ago, the relations between the two countries have developed by leaps and bounds.

China firmly supports Tajikistan in safeguarding national independence, sovereignty and security. China will always be Tajikistan's trustworthy neighbor, friend and partner.

The current international and regional situation is undergoing profound and complex changes. China and Tajikistan should continue to firmly support each other and push for more substantive results in China-Tajikistan relations.

  Xi Jinping emphasized that China is willing to strengthen practical cooperation with Tajikistan, expand the import of high-quality agricultural products from Tajikistan, improve the scale and level of bilateral trade, promote cooperation in infrastructure, water conservancy, transportation and other fields, and explore the development of green technology, digital economy, artificial intelligence and other fields. Cooperation to help Tajikistan improve its transit transportation capacity.

China is willing to strengthen cooperation with Central Asian countries, including Tajikistan, in the "China + Five Central Asian Countries" meeting mechanism and other cooperation, deepen anti-terrorism cooperation, and jointly maintain regional peace and tranquility.

  Rahmon said that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and China.

Over the past 30 years, Tajikistan-China relations have made great progress.

Tajikistan unswervingly abides by the one-China principle, firmly believes that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory, and will continue to firmly support China's position on issues of core interests.

China is not only a good friend of Tajikistan, but also an important strategic partner of Tajikistan.

Tajikistan is willing to intensify high-level exchanges with China, learn from China's development experience, strengthen practical cooperation in economy and trade, agriculture, transportation, production capacity, green economy and other fields, so as to elevate Tajikistan-China relations to a new level.

Tajikistan is willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with China within the framework of the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, CICA, and the "China + Five Central Asian Countries", deepen security cooperation, and jointly maintain regional security and stability.
