“As part of the implementation of the program of international military cooperation, warships of the Russian Navy and the Navy of the People’s Liberation Army of China are conducting the second joint patrol in the Pacific Ocean,” RIA Novosti quoted the Russian Defense Ministry as saying.

It is noted that the Russian Navy is represented by a detachment of ships of the Pacific Fleet.

It is also reported that the crews of the ships will work out tactical maneuvering and organization of communications.

Earlier, the crews of the large anti-submarine ship "Admiral Levchenko" and the large landing ship "Alexander Otrakovsky" from the Arctic group of the Northern Fleet worked out defensive actions during exercises in the Arctic.
