“They will not have a significant impact on the implementation of roadmaps for the development of quantum computing,” Krasnikov said.
According to him, this issue has been worked out in the government in advance, all the tasks set until 2024 will be fulfilled.
As Krasnikov added, the sanctions did not come as a surprise.
“They are in line with previously announced restrictions on other high-tech industries, including micro- and nanoelectronics,” he concluded.
Earlier it was reported that the United States will ban the export, re-export and sale of quantum computing services to Russia from October 15.
