Good evening,

the unacceptable misconduct of a few Eintracht fans also has consequences for those who want to cheer on their team peacefully and with a lot of passion.

The day after the riots in Marseille, the mood within the fan scene is depressed.

Depressed mood in many schools: there is a lack of teachers - and school psychologists, at least that's what the Education and Science Union criticizes.

And Hesse's Justice Minister Roman Poseck wants to present an initiative by the state government on mass proceedings in the civil courts in the Bundesrat on Friday.

Overshadowed victory

: The shock and anger at the riots in Marseille overshadowed Eintracht's victory one day after the game.

A Frankfurt fan was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit in the neck by a flare.

Another shocked with a Hitler salute gesture.

Now

the club is threatened with a ghost game without fans.

But the possible consequences are almost irrelevant the day after the encounter.

The shock is too deep.

Especially with the fans: Our author Daniel Schleidt spoke to some who were in the stadium on Tuesday.

One of them is Manfred Baumann.

He makes no secret of the fact that he feared for his life on several occasions.

He was particularly afraid when the Eintracht fans in the stadium were shot at with rockets and flares, he says.

The aggression, as numerous videos show, came from parts of both fan camps.

And again it is a few who damage the reputation of many.

Baumann reports that some fans had already left the stadium before the game kicked off - they were too afraid of riots.

These are football pictures that no one wants to see.

Faster court proceedings:

100 lawsuits from Wirecard investors against the financial regulator Bafin have been filed at the Frankfurt Regional Court.

In just one day.

Each and every one of these lawsuits must be analyzed and negotiated.

This paralyzes the courts - and demotivates the employees.

Hesse's Justice Minister Roman Poseck (CDU) therefore wants to present an initiative by the state government on mass proceedings in the civil courts in the Bundesrat on Friday.

A draft law is to be presented “that will enable the courts to deal with mass civil court proceedings efficiently and in a reasonable time”, as our author Anna Sophia Lang writes.

In the past, the mass of procedures in Hesse has also led to

Bad report card:

Coming home with a report card like this would certainly have led to discussions at the lunch table in the past.

The grades “inadequate” and “inadequate” are represented.

Nothing that grandma would have opened her wallet to be able to buy a few scoops of ice cream as a reward for sweat and effort.

They wouldn't change anything about the situation in Hessian schools anyway.

The latter was given bad grades by the Education and Science Union (GEW), the Hessian State Parents' Advisory Council and the Hessian State Students' Council.

The reason given is that there is a lack of teachers, that the coverage of lessons is “inadequate”, and that protection against diseases is “insufficient”.

and the psychological care of students also leaves a lot to be desired.

The shortage of teachers in elementary schools is particularly precarious.

The union calls for a “training offensive”.

The Hessian Ministry of Education, on the other hand, rejects the criticism.

Sara Wagener summarizes the whole discussion.

And in addition
