, a witness then contacted the police, worried about what could happen as these robbers left with a man in their vehicle.

The owner of the scooter was arrested Monday morning and taken into custody.

He thus explained to the police that this staging was for the bachelor party of their friend for whom they were planning a surprise day in a catamaran.

He assured that the weapons were fake.
