It was one of the members of the group playing that evening who arrested the 44-year-old shooter.

This musician is actually also a policeman.

As soon as he heard the gunshots, he came down from the stage and ran towards the 40-year-old, to disarm and subdue him until the police arrived.

Judged next January

The suspect, drunk and in possession of a semi-automatic pistol firing blanks, was taken into custody.

During his hearing, he would have regretted the facts while explaining that his gesture was rather “festive” than aggressive.

He was presented to the prosecution the next day.

He will be tried in January 2023 during a "guilty plea" appearance.
