OXELÖSUND: The moderates in Oxelösund are celebrating after a formidable success in the municipal elections.
When 7 out of 8 electoral districts are counted, the party looks set to become the municipality's largest party and receives 33 percent of the vote.
- Now the bubble has emerged, says Dag Bergentoft, (M) opposition councillor.
Together with the alliance parties and SD, the Moderates get a clear majority and can take over the government in Oxelösund where, according to Bergentoft, the Social Democrats have been in power for 72 years.
