The "Notice" requires provincial commerce departments to rely on the national automobile circulation information management application service system to do a good job of used car sales enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "sales companies") and used car trading markets (hereinafter referred to as "trading markets") within their jurisdictions. For the management of the filing of market entities, guide enterprises to truthfully fill in the information such as the name, address and place of the filing company, and submit relevant business information in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner as required, improve the management of the filing of used car market entities, and standardize the development of second-hand car circulation.
The commerce department will share the filing information of the used car market entities with the public security, taxation and other departments in a timely manner, creating conditions for the relevant departments to implement reform measures to facilitate the people and benefit enterprises.
