The Commander of the Land Forces discusses military cooperation with France and the United States of America

Major General Saeed Rashid Ali Al Shehhi, Commander of the Land Forces, received in his office separately Lieutenant-General, Armament Engineer Thierry Carrier, Deputy Director General of the French General Administration of Armament (DGA) in the French Land Forces Command, and Major General William Blalock, Commander of the US Spartan Duty Force in the Land Forces Command.

At the beginning of the two meetings, the Commander of the Land Forces welcomed the guests and accompanying delegations, praising his happiness for the development and growth of the existing cooperation and friendship relations between the two friendly countries and their keenness to enhance prospects for joint cooperation in all fields, especially those related to military and defense affairs.

The Commander of the Land Forces stressed the importance and depth of the relationship between the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of France and the United States of America during the past decades in various fields, especially those concerned with military aspects and defense industries.

The two meetings touched on developing relations between the two countries and discussing issues of common interest.
