A 20-year-old young man was sentenced to 9 months in prison suspended for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in Lagrave (Tarn).
He was tried in immediate appearance on Tuesday by the Albi court, reports La Dépêche.
The facts date back to last May.
This high school student had made an appointment with his victim in an abandoned house in the town.
He had touched her before the young girl managed to escape.

A few days later, two friends of the teenager had confided that the same young man had asked them for photos of them naked, otherwise he would rape their comrade.
The high school student was finally arrested recently and admitted the facts in police custody.
In addition to his suspended prison sentence, he is subject to a care and work obligation and is prohibited from practicing any activity involving habitual contact with minors for 5 years.
He was also registered in the automated judicial file of perpetrators of sexual offenses (Fijais).
