Runkevicius refers to Goldman Sachs calculations, according to which Germany will be forced to switch to forced rationing of gas consumption if Russia does not start deliveries via Nord Stream.

“In other words, this energy fiasco could bring some of the industry in Europe to its knees,” the observer concluded.
