Washington is offering a nine-day training called "Exposing the Hidden Cobra" to other allies.

Under the "hidden cobra" in the State Department they mean the cyber operations of the DPRK authorities.

“It was passed by cybersecurity professionals from six partner countries in the Western Hemisphere, Africa and Asia,” the statement said.

In December 2020, the US Department of Justice accused two Chinese citizens of hacker attacks on American companies.

Zhu Hua and Zhang Jianguo were charged.

According to Washington, they acted on behalf of Chinese intelligence and hacked the computers of more than 45 organizations in 12 US states.
