Experienced experts and officials will go along with the head of mission, Carlos Alberto dos Santos Cruz, DiCarlo said.

The Russian Ministry of Defense previously reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the detention center in Yelenovka with captured Ukrainian soldiers and militants located there using the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system.

The DPR territorial headquarters said the death toll from the strike had risen to 53.
