Names, affiliations, emails, as well as contact information were found to have been leaked.

An official of the Ministry of Unification said that on the 29th of last month, the PC of the consigned company was hacked and was aware of the leak, and the necessary measures were quickly completed the next day. .

The Ministry of Unification said, "We are sorry for causing concern to those who have been affected," and said that it would strengthen training for consigned companies.

However, he emphasized that "the personal information of influential figures such as the UN Secretary-General and former Unification Minister was not leaked."

While the possibility that North Korea is behind cannot be ruled out, the Ministry of Unification said it is investigating the hacking agent.
