The Boliden woman's defense believes that the prosecutor's documentation is flawed and they think that the case had a long processing time.

They also believe that she provided correct documentation in her accounting and declaration.

However, the prosecutor maintains that the documents submitted are not complete and that it is not possible to understand the business event based on the documents submitted.

Still in custody

Due to the risk of flight, the district court also decided that the Boliden woman should remain in custody pending a verdict.

- It is not so nice for my client to just wait now that she was still detained.

It wasn't what we had in mind.

So she is obviously disappointed, says Alain Soussi, the woman's lawyer.

The broker couple

The prosecutor is also demanding 1.5 years' imprisonment for the broker's wife and two years' imprisonment for the broker, as well as a ban on business.

- The defense's view is that my client should not be convicted at all, says Jonas Westerlund, the broker's lawyer.
