The family of a homeless man killed by the police on August 10 at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport has decided to file a complaint for intentional homicide by a person in charge of the police.

The 32-year-old man reportedly threatened officials of the PAF (Police Aux Frontières) with a knife, before being shot dead.

Those close to the SDF want to know how the agents arrived at this dramatic outcome.

According to the police version, the homeless "annoyed security agents and the border police (PAF) were called in to help evacuate him".

According to their account, the young man walked away, while inveighing at them, then turned around and pulled out a blade.

One of the four police officers called in reinforcement then used his weapon.

The IGPN entered

“The question will arise, if there was no way to neutralize it otherwise”, recognizes a source close to the file.

The General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN) has also been seized of this case.

The homeless man was a regular at the place and the police knew him.

According to his father, he suffered from "mental disorders", but would never have been aggressive towards others.

Between 80 and 100 homeless people are listed in Roissy.
