The act of a driver?
A person was taken into custody after the discovery of the body of a 19-year-old young man in a ditch in Sainghin-en-Mélantois, near Lille, in the North.

"Saturday morning, two cyclists discovered a body in a ditch in Sainghin-en-Mélantois, on the road leading to Lille, on the edge of a field", indicated the prosecutor of Lille, Carole Etienne, confirming information from

"The victim is a 19-year-old young man," said the prosecutor.
The first investigations made it possible to presume a road accident with hit and run.
One person was arrested.
