It is reported by RIA Novosti.

The protest was called to one of the central squares of the city.

The city police could not name the approximate number of those who came to the rally.

“Energy prices and inflation are out of control.

The cost of heating has tripled, and instead of limiting gas prices, the federal government is raising prices by law, ”the agency quoted one of the organizers of the rally as saying.

Along with this protest from the left, small demonstrations of forces are taking place in the city, which are ranked as a right-wing extremist camp.

Earlier in a number of EU countries there were protests.

For example, on September 4, a demonstration was held in Cologne in support of Russia and against the supply of weapons to Ukraine, and on September 3, a large anti-government rally was held in the center of Prague due to the dissatisfaction of local residents with the measures of the authorities to combat rising gas prices and a general increase in commodity prices.
