“Police officers, with the support of law enforcement agencies, detained another local resident suspected of adjusting fire on settlements in the Kamensko-Dneprovsky district,” Rogov wrote in his Telegram channel.
He noted that law enforcement officers found the detainee's correspondence, in which he indicated the places for striking.
