It is noted that the Ukrainian army continued unsuccessful attempts to gain a foothold in certain areas in the Nikolaev-Krivoy Rog direction.
“During the day of hostilities in this direction, the enemy lost 23 tanks, 27 infantry fighting vehicles, 14 other armored fighting vehicles, nine pickup trucks with heavy machine guns and more than 230 military personnel,” the report says.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that Russian troops had destroyed more than 1.7 thousand Ukrainian soldiers in two days of unsuccessful attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Nikolaev-Krivoy Rog and other directions.
