On websites, she had read about the housing guarantee and felt no major concern about housing.

Lived in a hotel

But that did not happen.

Instead, she has had to spend the first time in a hotel room.

In total, she has spent two weeks in a hotel and spent SEK 13,000.

- As a student, you have a budget you want to follow.

Now I have to save on food and clothes instead, she says.

From September 1, Karolina got hold of an apartment.
