The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry was outraged by the words of the Russian representative about the events in Vilnius in 1991

Earlier, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis proposed to make a decision on the admission of Russians to the republic based on the answer to the question about the ownership of Crimea.

Ryabokon responded by saying that the Russian side could ask Lithuanian residents at the border about their attitude to the events in Vilnius on January 13, 1991 and ask if they think that "their own shot at their own."

The Russian representative added that only for the study of this issue, Lithuanian scientists are sent to prison.
