Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to pay 10 thousand rubles at a time to parents of students in the DPR, LPR and the liberated parts of the Zaporozhye, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
Putin also instructed to provide armed guards at schools in the DPR, LPR and in the liberated territories of the Kherson, Zaporozhye and Kharkov regions from September 1.
