“The Joint Coordination Center (JCC) today authorized the movement of six vessels carrying a total of 121,451 tons of grain and food products as part of the Black Sea Grain Initiative,” RIA Novosti reported.

It is noted that four ships with corn and wheat on board will leave Chernomorsk for Spain, Italy and Turkey.

From Odessa the ships will go to Italy and Spain.

Earlier it was reported that the joint coordination center in Istanbul allowed the exit of two more ships with grain from Ukrainian ports.

Dry cargo ship Great Arsenal will transport 25,000 tons of wheat from Chornomorsk to Egypt, and the Maranta ship with 5,300 tons of corn will head from the same port to Greece.

Earlier, the Turkish Ministry of Defense reported that the volume of grain shipped from Ukrainian ports since August 1 as part of a “grocery deal” exceeded 1 million tons.
