“For a great contribution to strengthening the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan, award the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, IV degree, Berdimuhamedov Gurbanguly Myalikgulyevich,” the document says.
Earlier, Putin awarded the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev with the Order of Alexander Nevsky for his great services in strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
