Volga added that there were no failures.
In addition, he said that there was no complete shutdown of the ZNPP, as President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky says.
“There was just an emergency situation that was prevented by automatic protection devices on the territory of the nuclear power plant,” Volga said.
At the same time, Energoatom, the operator of Ukrainian stations, claims that all ZNPP power units remain disconnected from Ukrainian energy networks.
