The Left Party has previously demanded that in an S-led government be allowed to participate and govern, together with the Green Party and the Center Party.

But during yesterday's hearing in SVT, Magdalena Andersson (S) made it clear that she would rather see the Liberals than the Left Party in her government if she continues as prime minister after the election.

- However, I am happy to cooperate with the Left Party, said Magdalena Andersson, among other things.

L: "Don't need four more years of more of the same"

On Twitter, the party leaders of both the Left Party and the Liberals quickly gave their views on Andersson's government invitation:

"The Social Democrats know no bounds when it comes to securing power.

First, they talk about the Liberals as racists for weeks and then want to cooperate.

Thanks.

But no thanks.

The school, the integration and the electricity bills do not need four more years of more of the same.

Sweden needs a new government," wrote Johan Pehrson.

"Magdalena Andersson highlights the January agreement parties as government alternatives.

Anyone who does not want another turn in market rents and poorer job security is best to vote for the Left Party," wrote the left's Nooshi Dadgostar.

In TV4's Nyhetsmorgon this morning, Dadgostar also said that she is not completely convinced of Pehrson's diss against Magdalena Andersson.

- We know the Liberals, they give different messages in different situations.

Maybe you can't really trust it.

Stenevi: Frustrated with Andersson

The Green Party's spokesperson Märta Stenevi wants S, C, V and MP to form government documents this autumn.

But in an interview with DN, she states that she is frustrated that Magdalena Andersson has not succeeded in uniting the four parties.

- We have continuous contact with the other parties, but I would like us to sit down for a negotiation.

We have a responsibility to move forward in that discussion, she says.

- It is high time to gather the gang now.
