According to her, the problem is that the Estonian authorities cannot check all tourists arriving from Russia. 

“We see that they are a security threat,” Kallas said.

She also reiterated the need to introduce a complete ban on the entry of Russians into the territory of the European Union.

Earlier, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that Budapest does not plan to impose any restrictions on the issuance of visas to Russian citizens.

The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, spoke out against a complete ban on the issuance of EU visas to Russian citizens.
