Bar patrons chase two burglars in Brittany

It was around 1 a.m. on the night of Monday to Tuesday when a bar-tabac in Fouesnant (Finistère) was the victim of an attempted burglary, reports

The establishment's alarm immediately sounded and alerted the customers of the neighboring bar.

Seeing two individuals steal bottles of alcohol as well as CBD products, about thirty bar customers then chased the burglars who fled.

In this chase, the manager of the bar that remained open received a punch from one of the thieves.

One of them was quickly arrested by the gendarmes while his accomplice managed to escape after abandoning his loot.

The two managers lodged a complaint with the gendarmerie.
