On the basis of factors such as effects, 23 places including Miyun District and Tongzhou District in Beijing and Baoding City in Hebei Province were selected as pilot projects for climate investment and financing.
The 23 places are: Miyun District and Tongzhou District in Beijing, Baoding City in Hebei Province, Taiyuan City and Changzhi City in Shanxi Province, Baotou City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Fuxin City and Jinpu New Area in Liaoning Province, Pudong New Area in Shanghai, and Lishui City in Zhejiang Province. , Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, Sanming City, Fujian Province, West Coast New Area, Shandong Province, Xinyang City, Henan Province, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, Nansha New District, Guangdong Province, Futian District, Shenzhen, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Chongqing Liangjiang New District of the city, Tianfu New District of Sichuan Province, Xixian New District of Shaanxi Province, Lanzhou City of Gansu Province.

At the same time, it regularly organizes to summarize and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the pilot work, sort out the advanced experience and good practices of the pilot work in a timely manner, and strive to explore a number of climate investment and financing development models through 3-5 years of efforts to form a replicable and scalable model.
