Delivery Club after transition to Yandex will continue to work under its own brand

Delivery Club is part of a joint venture between VK and Sberbank O2O Holding.

On Tuesday, August 23, VK announced that it was leaving the joint venture, receiving a 100% stake in Delivery Club.

The company plans to close this deal by the end of the year and exchange the service for Yandex-owned Novosti and Zen.
