The petition submitted to the court where Lee Jun-seok, the former CEO of People's Power, applied for an injunction has been released.

In the petition, which was handwritten by former CEO Lee Jun-seok, he compared President Yoon Seok-yeol to the absolute and the new military.

Within the power of the people, there was a reaction that former president Lee is a dictator, like a grenade with a safety pin pulled out.

Reporter Lee Hyun-young reports.

is a four-page handwritten petition submitted by former CEO Jun-seok Lee to the Seoul Southern District Court on the 19th.

Former CEO Lee said, "There is a possibility that the absolute leader of the current situation will actively exercise the right to declare an emergency situation like the new military government that expanded martial law." "The judiciary should correct the current situation."

It was compared to the new military unit, Chun Doo-hwan, who called President Yoon Seok-yeol the absolute and initiated a coup.

Lee also made a revealing claim that "after the local election in June, someone close to the president received a conciliatory offer, such as disciplinary action by the ethics committee and arranging police investigation procedures if he resigned from his position as party leader."

Former CEO Lee did not respond to SBS inquiries asking who made the proposal.

To Rep. Ho-Young Joo, chairman of the emergency response committee and Rep. Ki-Hyeon Kim, who urged an early national convention, they argued behind the scenes, saying, “You seem to be confident enough to challenge the authority of the courts, but some absolute person has granted you immunity.”

Chairman Joo immediately responded with the word 'dictator'.

[Ho-Young Joo / Chairman of the People’s Power Emergency Response Committee: I think CEO Lee Jun-seok has become a dictator.

What kind of challenge is this to the court's authority?]

Rep. Kim also hit directly, saying, "Grenades with safety pins pulled out are really dangerous" and "Excessive imagination becomes a delusion."

Former CEO Lee mocked the Chin-yun group, saying that someone had read his letter at the court and leaked it, saying that he was "self-indulgent", but Daegu Mayor Hong Jun-pyo said, "It's a mean act of selling a group of colleagues for one's own survival."

The presidential office reaffirmed its position that it will not respond to Lee's claims.
