The police have no terror suspicions regarding the bomb that was found in a bag in Kungsträdgården on Sunday. - We pursue various hypotheses to move forward in the investigation, but we do not investigate terrorist crimes, says Erik Åkerlund, local police area manager at Norrmalm Police.
After the NFC (National Forensic Center) examined the bag found in Kungsträdgården on Sunday evening, it was found to contain a sharp bomb.
The police are currently working to secure technical evidence on the bag and the case is labeled as public destruction.
