“SKC authorized the movement of one merchant vessel KAFKAM ETLER, departing on August 23 from Chernomorsk with 2,437 tons of corn to Turkey as part of the Black Sea Grain Initiative,” RIA Novosti quotes the center as saying.

Also, by now, representatives of the SKC have completed the inspection of three ships coming from Ukraine and six ships heading there.

All of them received permission to continue following the routes.

Earlier it was reported that the Joint Coordination Center (JCC) in Istanbul allowed the exit of two more ships with grain from Ukrainian ports.

Dry cargo ship Great Arsenal will transport 25,000 tons of wheat from Chornomorsk to Egypt, and the Maranta ship with 5,300 tons of corn will head from the same port to Greece.
