The deadlines for the transfer of the heavy aircraft-carrying cruiser Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Kuznetsov and the heavy nuclear-powered missile cruiser Admiral Nakhimov, which are under repair to the Russian Navy, may be shifted to 2024, the Deputy General Director of United Shipbuilding Corporation JSC said ( USC) for military shipbuilding Vladimir Korolev.
“Due to delays in the supply of equipment by cooperation enterprises, there is a possibility of shifting the timing of the transfer of the Admiral Kuznetsov to the fleet to 2024,” Korolev is quoted by TASS.
According to him, the same applies to the cruiser Admiral Nakhimov.
Earlier, FAN reported that the Kronstadt submarine, built according to project 677 Lada, had reached the final stage of factory testing.
