Alexandria Governor Mohamed El-Sherif confirmed that the fire that broke out in Carrefour City Center has been put out, and the losses resulting from the accident are being counted, explaining that there are no serious injuries, and there are only five minor injuries.

Today, Saturday, a fire broke out in the vicinity of the Carrefour City Center Mall in Alexandria, and thick smoke rose from the site of the fire.

And the Egyptian Civil Protection announced that many firefighting vehicles and ambulances were being pushed

The governor stated that as soon as the fire broke out, it was directed to raise the degree of emergency and maximum preparedness in all facilities and hospitals in anticipation of any repercussions.

According to local media reports, Carrefour witnessed a power outage yesterday evening for long periods, which caused the closure of the restaurants and shops area due to a malfunction in the electricity that feeds the shops and restaurants.
