According to the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision: Yao Zhibo, a deputy department-level cadre of the Heihe Municipal Party Committee of Heilongjiang Province, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation.
