The reporter learned from the Chongqing Forest Fire Bureau that on the morning of August 19, the open fire at the Shiyan Basin Fire Field in Fuling District, Chongqing City had been extinguished.
Forest firefighters used water pumps to clean smoke points near the northern line of the fire site (Daliang Mountain) and perform humidification operations to protect the safety of Songjian Mingyue residential area.
At present, the Shiyan Basin fire site has achieved no smoke, no gas, and no open flames.
