The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Kurenkov expressed condolences to Armenia in connection with the explosion in the shopping center

“We express our sincere condolences to the Armenian side in connection with this tragic event,” RIA Novosti quotes Kurenkov as saying at a meeting of the Council of the CSTO member states on emergency situations.

Also at the meeting, the memory of the deceased former head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations Yevgeny Zinichev was honored.

Earlier, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia Artyush Grigoryan announced the complete elimination of the fire on the territory of the wholesale market in Yerevan.
