According to him, on August 18, the head of government signed a decree approving the project's passport. 

“And we will receive an additional 150 billion rubles of additional money this year from the National Welfare Fund,” he said at a field meeting in Tatarstan.

According to him, the current estimate of the cost of the M12 highway is 820 billion rubles.

He said that this year it is planned to build and open 100 km of a new highway with a lead of one year.

Khusnullin also said that the FNB will allocate 260 billion rubles for the section of the Kazan-Yekaterinburg highway (from Dyurtyuli to Achita).

Also, 30 billion rubles will be allocated to bypass Tver as part of the M11 Moscow-Petersburg highway.

In June, Khusnullin announced that the amount of funding for the five-year road program would amount to 13.2 trillion rubles.
