pan-African and sovereignist
” project and his relations with France and other foreign powers such as Russia: “
We have not met or spoken to any foreign power to date.
In our understanding, it is not a question of exchanging one domination for another.
It's about assuming total sovereignty and collaborating with everyone in a win-win way.
France will be a partner if it wishes, but not under the current conditions.
