It is noted that some customers are unhappy with the introduction of political slogans in the application.

Despite the lack of success, in May Litreev opened another firm in Estonia.

As RT found out, on May 5, 2022, FBK IT contractor Alexander Litreev opened Litreev Technologies OÜ in Estonia.

Software development is listed as an activity.

And in July 2022, his old firm, Solar Labs, released its annual financial report.

According to the document, the company earned €58,000 in 2021. Expenses for its own activities, including salaries to employees, amounted to €195,000. Thus, the total loss reached €137,000.

To cover the costs, the company took out a loan of € 161.8 thousand.

In a "management word" preceding the report, Litreev said that "the financial result is in line with the expectations" of the owners.

By the end of 2022, the company plans to attract 5,000 customers who will regularly pay for a subscription to the application, the report says.

At the same time, in the Google app store, the Litreev program has only a little more than one thousand downloads.

The Apple App Store does not display download statistics.

A number of clients are dissatisfied with the fact that before registering, the user must necessarily agree with the political slogan that pops up in the form of a splash screen.

“Deleted it immediately after trying to drag me into politics when registering an account,” writes Google user Andrey.

— For dVPN to work, you really need to confirm [the phrase] “Glory to Ukraine!”.

Solar Labs was opened in April 2021 in Tallinn.

She is developing a decentralized VPN and helps users access blocked sites.

It employs 9 people - mostly IT specialists who moved from Russia.

As RT wrote earlier, decentralized VPNs allow you to bypass restrictions on visiting sites imposed by the state.

The main users of the Litreevsky dVPN are residents of Russia, according to the statistics of the developers themselves, published in a specialized IT publication.

In second place are users from the United States, in third place are residents of Turkmenistan.

The founder of Solar Labs has a residence permit in Estonia and a Ukrainian passport, RT reported.

In social networks, he actively supports Ukraine, and at the beginning of the SVO publicly announced that he had organized a DDOS attack on the Russian portal of State Services.

After angry comments from his subscribers who could not log into their accounts, Litreev “cancelled” the cyberattack.

* The organization was recognized as extremist, its activities are prohibited on the territory of Russia by the decision of the Moscow City Court dated 06/09/2021.
