He clarified that we are talking about those citizens whose specialties fall under the list of those liable for military service.

“These are not those who do not work in their specialty, but those who have a document confirming their level of qualification,” Venislavsky explained at a briefing.

According to the deputy, those who do not register will not be subject to harsh sanctions at this stage.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill to extend the terms of martial law and mobilization in the country.

The Verkhovna Rada voted to extend martial law and mobilization in Ukraine for 90 days, until November 21.
