The survival rate among new companies, demographics and the municipality's business policy are parts that are graded in the survey.
Since last year, Robertsfors has climbed 32 places to place 72 out of the country's 290 municipalities.
It is the highest ranking among the municipalities in the county.
- We have an excellent business climate with good dialogue with our politicians and civil servants.
We have a good drive, says Malin Willskytt who is CEO of the surface treatment company Danod.
She also sits on the board of Företagarna in Robertsfors.

Highlighting differences
The Swedish Confederation of Small Businesses wants to highlight the differences that exist locally in different parts of the country.
- Small businesses play an important role in the municipal economy.
They create jobs and provide in-demand products and services, says Peter Thörn, chairman of the association, in a press release.
One change they see this year is that the metropolitan municipalities have received some competition from smaller municipalities.
