Politico: US authorities do not rule out Ukraine's attack on Crimea

This opinion was expressed by a senior representative of the US administration in a conversation with Politico.

) do not choose targets, of course, everything that we have set is for self-defense,” he said.

According to him, any target chosen by the Ukrainian military on its territory will be considered self-defense.

At the same time, he noted that the United States considers Crimea to be Ukrainian territory.

Earlier, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, said that the Ukrainian leadership plans to destroy the Crimean bridge.

State Duma deputy from the Crimean region Mikhail Sheremet noted that an attempt to attack the Crimean bridge would lead to a crushing response.

According to him, for such a provocation, the Kyiv regime will receive a blow from which it will not be able to recover.
