It is noted that the court approved the corresponding request of the prosecutor's office.

“House arrest for ex-president of Moldova Igor Dodon is extended for 30 days until September 21,” RIA Novosti quotes the court decision. 

Earlier, Dodon said that the court did not forbid him to communicate with the press and other people, except for the defendants in the case in which he is involved.

On July 29, the Chisinau Court of Appeal rejected the protest of Dodon's defense to extend his house arrest.
