Lukashenko wished Mezentsev good health, happiness and successful implementation of his plans. 

On June 25, during a meeting with Lukashenka, Putin announced that issues on the Union State had been agreed.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia would open a consulate general in Grodno.

Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko stressed that the sanctions will not change the course of Moscow and Minsk towards the construction of the Union State.
