The emergency zone is the urban district of Vorotynsky,” the governor noted.

According to him, the introduction of the state of emergency will make it possible to allocate funds as quickly as possible to attract additional forces and funds to eliminate the emergency. 

“In connection with the emergency regime, from tomorrow we are introducing a ban on visiting forests, including hunting, throughout the entire region,” Nikitin added.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Alexander Kurenkov, recommended that the governors of the regions of the Central and Volga federal districts impose a ban on visiting forests and suspend the hunting season due to fire danger.
